TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROKIT ONLINE SHOP
§1 General Provisions
The online shop available at the website is operated by:

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the online shop, placing orders, delivery of products, payments, withdrawal from the contract, and complaints procedures.
§2 Definitions
Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organisational unit placing an order.
Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person making purchases not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Shop – the online shop operated by the Seller.
Seller – Prokit – Miłosz Górecki.
§3 Products and Orders
The Shop sells bee products.
Product information is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute an offer as defined by the Civil Code.
Orders may be placed via the website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Order fulfilment is subject to correct placement and confirmation by the Shop.
§4 Prices and Payments
All prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
Available payment methods:
- traditional bank transfer,
- fast online payments,
- deferred payment (if available).
The Customer is required to make payment immediately after placing an order unless a deferred payment option was selected.
§5 Delivery
Deliveries are available within Poland and abroad.
Available delivery methods:
- courier,
- personal collection (by prior arrangement).
Orders are fulfilled within 1 to 3 business days from payment confirmation (unless stated otherwise).
Delivery costs are specified during the ordering process or individually by a company representative.
§6 Withdrawal from the Contract (Returns)
A Customer who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller must be informed via a clear statement (e.g. by email).
The goods must be returned to the Seller's registered address within 14 days from submitting the withdrawal notice.
A refund will be issued no later than 14 days from receipt of the returned goods.
The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
§7 Complaints
The Customer has the right to lodge a complaint if the goods do not conform to the contract.
Complaints should be submitted by email or in writing to the Seller’s address.
A complaint should include: the Customer’s contact details, description of the non-conformity, order number, and the Customer’s request.
Complaints are processed within 14 days of receipt.
§8 Personal Data Protection
The Customer’s personal data is processed in accordance with applicable GDPR regulations and the Personal Data Protection Act.
The data controller is the Seller.
Data is processed for order fulfilment and after-sales service.
The Customer has the right to access their data, correct it, request its deletion, or request its transfer.
§9 Final Provisions
The Terms and Conditions are available on the Shop’s website.
The Shop reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions for valid legal or organisational reasons.
Polish law applies to contracts concluded via the Shop.
In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act shall apply.
